What we collect

When you open a desk we collect firm name, email, and a hashed password. If you subscribe we store the plan, billing interval, subscription status, and the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe returns. Pro desks may save agency filters. We store copies of public waiver notices so we can email a desk note and show a dashboard. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous page views and performance on this site. Those collectors do not use advertising cookies.

Cookies

We use a session cookie only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Processors

• Stripe — payments. Flagcup does not store full card numbers.
• Resend — transactional and inbound email.
• Vercel — hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights.
• Neon / Postgres — desk and waiver data.

Waiver records come from public government listings (Made in America, FHWA, and optionally the Federal Register). Those notices are already public.

We do not sell lists

We do not sell desk contact lists. Emails go to the address on the desk when new matching waivers appear after ingest, or when you ask for a password reset.

Access, correction, and deletion

To access, correct, or delete a desk, write publisher@noticenearby.com.

Payments and PCI

Payments are collected on Stripe Checkout over HTTPS. Flagcup never sees or stores full card numbers. Tax is not collected.
