Flagcup is a Buy America / Build America, Buy America waiver desk. We collect the firm name, email, and password you submit to open a desk, plus the agency filters you save and the billing identifiers Stripe returns when you subscribe.

Waiver records come from public government listings (Made in America, FHWA, and optionally the Federal Register). Those notices are already public. Flagcup stores copies so we can email a desk note and show a dashboard.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not sell desk contact lists. Emails are sent through Resend from hello@flagcup.com when new matching waivers appear after ingest.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Flagcup does not store full card numbers. Tax is not collected.
