This restates the refund and cancellation policy in the Terms. Flagcup is a paid digital subscription, not a physical good.
Refunds
If Flagcup cannot deliver a paid period (dashboard access or email desk notes after a successful charge), the exclusive remedy is a refund of unused paid time processed through Stripe. Otherwise subscriptions are non-refundable once the period starts, except as required by law.
Cancellation
Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from Settings, or write hello@flagcup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise for that invoice. You keep desk access through the end of the period you already paid.
Digital subscription
Access is digital only. There is no shipping and no physical return. Desk access and email notes begin immediately after successful Checkout.
