Who operates Flagcup

Flagcup is a product of Record of Sale, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The Flagcup service on flagcup.com is offered by Record of Sale, LLC. Public contact is publisher@noticenearby.com only.

The product

Flagcup is a Buy America / Build America, Buy America (BABA) waiver desk. We watch official Made in America, Buy America, and BABA waiver notices and, for subscribed desks, show matching listings in a dashboard and email a short desk note: agency, item, proposed or approved or denied, dates, project or recipient if named, and a link to the official notice.

Flagcup is not legal advice, not a government filing system, and not a physical goods store.

Plans and auto-renewal billing

Starter is $49 per month or $490 per year. Pro is $99 per month or $990 per year. Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Tax is not collected. Annual billing is ten months at the monthly rate.

Payment is collected by Stripe Checkout after you sign in. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current plan price until you cancel. Stripe charges the payment method on file for each renewal period.

Cancellation

Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from Settings, or write publisher@noticenearby.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise for that invoice. You keep desk access through the end of the period you already paid.

Refunds

If Flagcup cannot deliver a paid period (for example, we cannot provide dashboard or desk-note access after a successful charge), the exclusive remedy is a refund of unused paid time processed through Stripe. Otherwise subscriptions are non-refundable once the period starts, except as required by law.

Delivery and fulfillment

Access is digital only. After successful Checkout you receive dashboard access and email desk notes immediately. There is no shipping, no physical good, and no physical return. A public teaser of official waivers is available without a subscription; matching filters and desk notes require a paid plan.

Acceptable use

Keep credentials to your own desk. There are no shared demo logins. Do not scrape Flagcup to rebuild the product, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to send unlawful communications. We may suspend a desk that violates these terms.

No legal advice; official notices control

Official agency notices control. If a listing is late, incomplete, or later corrected by the agency, Flagcup is not liable for a missed bid or a lost mill order. We do not invent waiver rows. If the feed is down, the public teaser says so.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flagcup’s total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
